Clean Eating Grocery List



I frequently get asked what is on my typical grocery List ! Here are the basics of what I fill my fridge and pantry with !! 

Always think to eat less:

CRAP 
Carbonated Drinks
Refined Sugar
Artificial Sweeteners and Colours
Processed Foods

 and eat more:

 FOOD
Fruits and Veggies
Organic Lean Proteins
Omega 3 Fatty Acids
Drink Water
